Wu Zhou Song De CPAs has announced its merger with Hua Yin CPAs, which specialises on auditing securities and ranks 40th in China. The newly-merged firm will be called Hua Yin Wu Zhou LLP and count 1100 staff including 460 CPAs in 11 offices.
